A website for your agency with a property catalogue and lead generation
A good real estate website does three things: it shows your property catalogue in a fast, attractive way, with clear property listings that invite people to get in touch; it captures leads from both sides —those looking to buy or rent and those wanting to sell or list their property—; and it gets you found on Google and in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) when someone searches for homes in your area. We build it for you for free and stay on to rank it. We don't promise sales or listings: we do the work and show it to you.
Why does a real estate agency need its own website today?
Most agents and agencies list their properties on portals like Idealista or Fotocasa and share them over WhatsApp. It works for showing homes, but it leaves a big gap: your brand ends up mixed in with the entire competition in the same listing, leads arrive filtered by the portal's rules and, every month, you pay to keep showing up. The day you upgrade your plan or drop it, you lose your shop window.
Your website is the only place that is truly yours: your property catalogue with your photos, your listings, your phone number and, above all, the details of whoever gets in touch coming straight to you, not to the portal. It's where you build a reputation in your area, where the owner who's hesitating about selling checks whether you're serious, and where you decide what to highlight and how.
And it fits how people search now. Someone wanting to move types "homes for sale in [your neighbourhood]" or asks an AI "which agency is good in this area for selling my house?". To show up in those answers you need a fast website that's well prepared by area, not just an ad on a portal. We work on it alongside local SEO on Google Maps.
Your own website vs. relying on the portal alone: where's the difference?
This is the question agents ask us most, so we lay it out clearly in a table. The difference isn't the design: it's who owns the lead and who controls your shop window.
| Portal only (Idealista, Fotocasa…) | Your own website (Zenith) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who owns the lead | It comes through the portal and its terms | Yours: the contact comes straight into your system |
| Where your brand appears | Mixed in with the competition in the listing | Your website, your name, your catalogue, your photos |
| Reaching sellers | Built to show properties, not to reach owners | A dedicated valuation and "sell with us" section |
| Reputation and trust | Hard to stand out among hundreds of ads | Your team, your case studies and reviews, your area |
| Cost as you grow | More visibility usually means a higher portal fee | Your website is the same fee whether you have few or many properties |
We're not saying portals are useless: they give reach and they work for plenty of agencies. What we're saying is that having your own website, with your leads coming straight in, is always a base worth controlling. The ideal is usually to have your own thing first and use the portals, if you want, as an add-on to gain volume.
What does Zenith's real estate website include?
This is what we build, no fluff. Each piece is designed so that whoever lands —a buyer, a renter or an owner— ends up contacting you in as few steps as possible.
- A fast property catalogue. Your properties for sale and rent on a page that loads instantly on mobile, with a simple search and filters (area, price, bedrooms) so every visitor finds what they're after.
- Clear property listings. Each property with its photos, features, floor plan if you have one and a visible contact button. Designed to answer questions and nudge people to the next step without friction.
- Capturing both sides. Forms for buyers and renters and, on top of that, a "want to sell or rent your property?" section that reaches owners —the side that earns an agency the most—. The leads come straight to you.
- A genuinely fast website. On Cloudflare, flying on mobile, which is where people look for homes. If your catalogue is slow, the visitor heads back to the portal.
- Property photos done right. Optimised to look sharp and attractive without slowing the load. In real estate, the first photo either sells or rules a property out.
- Google Business Profile and consistent data by area. Address, phone and opening hours identical on the website and the profile, with structured data and pages by area so Google and AI understand where you operate and what you offer.
How much does it cost? The Zenith model
Here's what sets us apart: building your website is free. You pay nothing to create it; we do it upfront. What you pay is a tailored monthly fee for support, which already includes the domain, SSL and everything technical —we don't charge for that separately— and the ongoing ranking work on Google and in AI.
That fee has an honest minimum of a few months (around three), because ranking by area is gradual and there's no sense in measuring it over two weeks. Depending on the case, the first months may be paid upfront; we tell you that clearly before we start, no small print. You'll find the pricing details on our pricing page.
What we will NOT promise you
For the sake of honesty, we put it in writing, because almost no one in this sector does:
- We don't promise you'll sell a number of properties or sign up X owners. That depends on the market, on your property prices, on your area and on your sales work.
- We don't guarantee you'll come first on Google or that AI will cite you. We do the work that makes it more likely, not miracles.
- We don't sell "you only pay if it works" or "pay per result": that would be dishonest, especially in a sector so tied to market conditions.
What we do give you is the work: your own fast website with your catalogue, clear listings and lead generation from both sides, plus the monthly support of ranking work, showing you each month what we've done. This page is part of our websites for local businesses; real estate is one of the cases where controlling your own contacts matters most.

Your website and your Google Business Profile: how they help each other in real estate
When someone searches for "real estate agency near me" or "sell my home in [your area]", Google first shows the map with three featured profiles. Being there, with your Google Business Profile well set up, often counts as much as or more than appearing in the list of blue results. The website and the profile don't compete: they reinforce each other. The profile gives you visibility on the map and the reviews; the website is where whoever finds you confirms you're serious and leaves their details.
There's one detail that throws Google off a lot in real estate: when an agency changes office or carries over old addresses from previous ads, its data stops matching across the website, the profile and the portals. That's why, when we build your website, we make sure the name, address and phone number are identical everywhere, so Google clearly understands you're the same business and where you operate.
Reviews are the other big factor. An agency with real, recent ratings inspires far more trust in someone about to make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. We help you ask for them properly and link them from the website, always with authentic reviews from real customers: in Spain, Law 10/2025 prohibits publishing fake or bought reviews, and playing with that is a legal and reputational risk that isn't worth it.
Foreign buyers: does your agency need a website in several languages?
It depends a lot on your area. If you work on the coast, the islands or in neighbourhoods with strong international demand, a sizeable share of buyers don't search in Spanish: they type "property for sale in [your area]" or "buy apartment [your area]" in English, French or German. If your website is only in Spanish, those buyers neither find you nor understand you, and they go to the competition that does speak their language.
You don't always need to translate the whole website. Sometimes it's enough to prepare the key pages and listings in one or two more languages, with the URLs and language tags set up properly so Google knows who to show each version to. We assess this with you based on where your buyer genuinely comes from: there's no point translating a neighbourhood agency into German when its clientele is 100% local.
If your market is long-standing local, you probably don't need languages and it's better to invest that effort in clearer listings and in reaching owners. We tell you what genuinely fits your case, without selling you translations you won't make use of.
Don't let the lead go cold: quick contact from the property listing
In real estate, speed of response is almost everything. Someone interested in a home is usually looking at several at once and contacting several agencies the same day. The one that replies first starts with an advantage. That's why the listings we build don't hide the contact: the phone, WhatsApp and form are in plain sight on every property, without making people fill in ten fields.
When someone leaves their details, the alert reaches you instantly so you can return the call or message quickly, while the interest is still warm. It's not magic or a complicated CRM: it's removing friction so the contact comes straight to you and you decide how to follow it up.
Whether the lead turns into a sale depends on your sales work, on the property and the price, and that we don't promise you. What we do provide is the tool that makes the contact reach you as soon as possible and well presented.
- Phone and WhatsApp visible on every property listing, with no extra steps.
- A short form: the fewer fields, the more people complete it.
- An immediate alert to your team when a lead comes in, so you can respond while it's hot.
- The contact comes straight to you, not to a portal that keeps the details.
