Our model is uncommon, so it's only natural to have questions. The essentials, upfront: we build your website for free (you don't pay for the build) and charge a tailored monthly fee for the support with ranking on Google and in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini), which already includes the domain, the SSL and the technical side. We don't promise customers or rankings: we sell the work, and we show it to you every month. Here we answer everything you ask us.

Is the website really free?
Yes: you don't pay for the build of your website. We design it and set it up upfront, without you putting down anything for that work. It's not a promotion or a stripped-down version: it's a fast, genuine website, custom-made for your business. We call it "The Deal in Reverse" because we put in our hours first, before you pay anything. That said, so as not to mislead anyone: free means the build, not the full service. What sustains the relationship is the monthly support fee, which we explain right below.
If the build is free, how do you make money?
Through the monthly support fee. Our business isn't charging you for an expensive website once and disappearing; it's building your website at no cost and staying with you, working every month on your ranking on Google and in AI. We win when the relationship lasts, and the relationship lasts when we do the work well and show it to you. That's why we care so much that the work shows: it's what keeps you with us month after month. It's an aligned model: if we don't bring value, there's no reason for you to stay.
What exactly is the monthly fee and what does it include?
It's what you pay for the positioning support, and it's tailored: it depends on your business and your area, so there's no single number for everyone. What's always included is: your website already built, the domain (your address on the internet), the SSL (the security padlock) and everything technical —none of that is billed separately—, plus the Google work (SEO), the AI work (GEO) and a monthly report where you see what we've done. Is there a commitment? Do I have to pay in advance?
The support has an honest minimum of around three months, because ranking is gradual and nothing serious can be measured in two weeks. It's not a trap-the-client commitment: it's the reasonable time for the work to start showing. Depending on your case, the first months may be paid in advance; we tell you plainly before we start, no small print. The important part: you don't pay for the build of the website. What is this "ranking in AI" or "GEO"?
More and more people, instead of searching on Google, ask an AI like ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity: "recommend me a place to have dinner near me", "a physio open on Saturdays". The AI replies with just a few names. If yours isn't there, for that person you don't exist. GEO (from Generative Engine Optimization) is the work to get those AIs to take your business into account. And do people really use AI to look for businesses?
It's a trend that keeps growing, and that's why we work to be there early, while almost no neighborhood business has done it yet.

Do you guarantee customers, sales or being first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. No one controls Google's algorithm or ChatGPT's, so no one can guarantee you a ranking spot, an AI mention or a number of customers. We also don't sell "pay per result" or "you only pay if it works": it would be dishonest, because the result depends on many things beyond us. What we do guarantee is the work: doing it well, doing it every month and showing it to you in a transparent report. We sell the work, never the result.
So what exactly does the fee get me each month?
Concrete tasks you can see in your report, not "maintenance" in the abstract: structured data so Google and AI understand you, well-organized content that's easy to extract, your Google listing kept up to date, a system to get real reviews (never fake or bought), indexing on Bing —where ChatGPT draws from— and a monthly report where you see what we did and where you appear today. Is the website mine?
The website is built for your business and represents your brand, your content and your address. While we work together, we take care of everything technical —domain, SSL, hosting, updates— so you don't have to touch a thing or wrestle with control panels. If at some point you decide to stop, we discuss it transparently and without drama: our model relies on you staying because the work is worth it, not because you're trapped. The specific terms for your case are put in writing before we start.
Do you have to be in my city?
No. We're a 100% online agency and we work with businesses all over Spain without needing to meet in person. Everything is done remotely: the first conversation, the design, the reviews and the monthly report. In fact, part of our work is precisely local SEO: getting you to show up on Google and on the map when someone searches in your city, wherever you or we may live. What types of business do you work with?
Mostly local businesses that rely on people in their area finding them: restaurants, bars, clinics and practices, freelancers, workshops, neighborhood shops and the like. We also build online stores when it makes sense to sell online. How long does it take to have the website ready?
It depends on the size and how quickly you get us the information (text, photos, opening hours), but a local business website is usually ready within days to a couple of weeks, not months. We work in phases and your feedback closes each one: we don't publish anything you're not happy with. Positioning, on the other hand, is what takes time: there we're talking about a horizon of three to six months to start seeing movement, because Google and AI take a while to notice the work.
What happens after the website goes live?
That's where the good part begins: we don't build the website and disappear. Every month we do the positioning work and deliver a report where you see what we did, where you appear on Google today and what happens when we ask the AI the real questions in your sector.
