Build your online store with AI, supervised by humans
Yes, we build your store with artificial intelligence: AI speeds up the build, helps us with the content and the optimisation, and a human reviews everything before it goes out the door. What sets Zenith apart is that we don't build it just to sell, but also so that AI itself recommends it when someone asks ChatGPT about a business like yours. That said, let's be clear from the first line: AI is the tool we work with, not magic that guarantees you sales.
What does it really mean to «build an online store with AI»?
There's a lot of noise around this. «Build an online store with AI» has become a slogan many use to sell the idea that you press a button and a perfect store appears that sells on its own. It doesn't work like that, and anyone who paints it that way is selling you hype.
At Zenith we work in a way we call agent-driven: we use artificial intelligence as the engine of the process, just as a carpenter uses power tools instead of a hand saw. AI does the heavy, repetitive work at a speed no manual team can match, and we —the humans— decide, review and correct. The machine speeds things up; the person answers for it.
That's the important line: AI doesn't replace judgement, it multiplies it. That's why every store that comes out of here has someone behind it who has looked at the catalogue, the photos, the copy and how the payments work before hitting publish.
What does the AI bring to the process (and what does the human bring)?
So there's no confusion, here's what the machine does and what the person does at each stage of building your store:
| Part of the process | What the AI brings | What the human brings |
|---|---|---|
| Build and structure | Generates the skeleton of the store, organises categories and loads the catalogue at high speed | Decides the architecture that makes sense for your business and verifies that everything fits |
| Content and product pages | Writes first drafts of product descriptions and copy from your data | Edits, gives it the brand voice and makes sure nothing false is promised |
| Technical optimisation | Spots improvements in speed, accessibility and code structure | Applies the final judgement and tests the store on mobile, tablet and desktop |
| AI readiness (GEO) | Structures the data so ChatGPT, Gemini or Google understand it well | Defines which story and which business data are worth the AI knowing about |
Notice that you won't see that last row almost anywhere else. We explain it in depth further down, because it's exactly what sets us apart.
Why does building the store with AI benefit you?
We don't use AI because it's trendy. We use it because the time it saves turns into concrete things for your business:
- Fast build. What used to take weeks of hand-coding, we have ready in far less time. Your store goes live sooner and you start using it sooner.
- Content with no blank page. No product page is left empty waiting for «we'll write something later». AI starts the draft and a human polishes it.
- A fast store as standard. We build on Cloudflare, so your store loads quickly across Spain. Speed isn't an add-on you pay for: it comes from how it's built.
- More time for what matters. Because the machine handles the repetitive work, people spend the hours on what really moves the needle: making your store easy to understand, look good and be found.
The result is a professional store without the speed of AI showing up as sloppiness. Because speed without human review is exactly what produces those generic, error-filled stores you've already seen online.
The crossover almost no one makes: a store that sells AND that AI recommends
Here's our thing. Most people build a store thinking only about a human seeing it. We build it for two audiences at once: your customers and the artificial intelligence that more and more people use to decide where to buy.
Because people's behaviour is changing. When someone asks ChatGPT «where can I buy such-and-such near me?» or «what online store do you recommend for this?», the AI answers with the businesses it understands. If your store isn't structured for an AI to read it, it simply doesn't exist in that conversation, however good it is.
That's not the distant future: it's people today asking a machine before they buy. That's why, when we build your store with AI, we also leave it ready for AI visibility, what's known as GEO. It's the same work we explain on our page about what GEO is and in the guide on how to appear in ChatGPT with your business.
We say it with deliberate caution: preparing the store so AI can recommend it is not the same as guaranteeing that it will. No one controls what ChatGPT says, and anyone who promises you a guaranteed mention in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) is lying to you. What we do is put every condition in your favour.
What's the process, step by step?
No mystery. This is how we build your store with AI and human supervision:
- You tell us about your business. What you sell, to whom and how. Without this, no AI in the world can do anything that makes sense for you.
- The AI builds the skeleton. Structure, catalogue, first copy and base design, at high speed.
- A human reviews the whole thing. We edit the copy, adjust the design to your brand and check that payments and how it works are correct.
- We optimise speed and make it AI-ready. A fast store on Cloudflare and structured data so Google and the chatbots understand it.
- We check it on every device. Mobile, tablet and desktop, before publishing anything.
- We stay with you every month. We don't disappear once it's published: we maintain the store and work on its visibility month after month.
What does it cost and what's Zenith's model?
We turn the usual model on its head. Instead of charging you a big quote upfront and leaving you on your own, we do this:
- The build is 0 €. You pay nothing to build your store. We build it upfront, with AI and human review. It's our bet on the work.
- A tailored monthly fee. You pay for monthly support that depends on your business and your catalogue, and that includes the domain, the SSL and everything technical. We don't charge you for those separately.
- No Zenith commission per sale. We don't take a percentage of what you sell. Your bank or payment gateway fee always exists, in any system; for reference, Shopify Payments in Spain charges from 2.1 % down to 1.6 % plus 0.30 € per transaction (Shopify Spain, 2025/2026 rates). It's a hidden cost to keep in mind when comparing platforms.
The full detail —what the fee includes, the honest minimum and how it's billed— lives on our pricing page. There we lay it out with no fine print. And if you want to understand which factors drive the price of a store, we break it down in how much an online store costs.
What will we never tell you?
Because honesty is the basis of everything we do, and with AI in the mix you have to be even clearer:
- We won't tell you that «AI builds your store and it sells on its own». AI is the tool we work with; selling depends on your product, your price and your market, not on an algorithm.
- We don't guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini or Google will recommend you. We prepare the store so it's possible, but no one controls what an AI says.
- We don't sell «pay per result» or «you only pay if you sell». That would be dishonest, because the result doesn't depend on us alone.
- We don't promise you a number of customers or sales. What we do guarantee is the work: a well-built store, fast, reviewed by humans, maintained and supported.
