Social media advertising
Social media advertising is paid advertising: ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads) that put your business in front of the people who fit your ideal customer. At Zenith we set up, monitor and optimize those campaigns connected to your website. We're not a community manager and we don't manage your organic profile: we run paid ads, with full transparency. Ads bring traffic, but we never promise sales, leads or guaranteed return. We sell the work, not the result.
What is social media advertising (and what it isn't)?
Social media advertising is paid advertising: you pay the platform to show ads to people who fit your ideal customer while they use Facebook or Instagram. In practice it's called Meta Ads, because Meta is the company that brings both networks together and from which the campaigns are managed. It's different from posting organically on your profile: here you invest a budget and the ad appears to whoever you decide, not just to your followers.
It's worth clarifying what we do and what we don't, because it often gets confused. At Zenith we do paid advertising: we set up, monitor and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We're not a community manager: we don't manage your organic profile day to day, we don't reply to comments or schedule posts, and we don't work with influencers or email marketing. Our field is paid ads, connected to a website that converts.
For a business, however you search for it (advertising on Facebook, advertising on Instagram, Meta Ads or social media advertising) it all points to the same thing: appearing in front of the right audience and bringing qualified traffic to your website.
Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads: a single platform, Meta
Facebook and Instagram share the same advertising system, Meta's. That's an advantage: with a single campaign you can appear on both networks and in their different formats (feed, stories, reels, etc.) without setting up two separate things. Targeting and measurement are managed from the same place, which makes it easier to see what works and adjust.
Each network has its own character. Instagram is very visual and usually fits businesses where the image sells (hospitality, beauty, fashion, physical products). Facebook reaches a broader, more varied audience, useful for local services and general acquisition. There's no fixed rule: we decide based on your business, your audience and where it makes sense to invest, without assuming you need both.
- Facebook and Instagram feed: the ad appears among the posts.
- Stories and reels: full-screen vertical format, very visual.
- Targeting by location, age, interests and behavior.
- Remarketing: reaching again those who already visited your website.
- A single Meta panel to measure and optimize both networks.
Why do ads need a good website behind them?
It's the most expensive mistake we see: paying for social media advertising without having a website up to the task. You can invest in Meta Ads, bring in lots of visits and still get nothing, because people click on the ad and land on a slow, confusing page that doesn't inspire trust. The ad did its part (it brought the visit), but the funnel broke in the first second.
That's why at Zenith order matters. First we build a custom, fast and clear website, designed to turn the visit into a call, a booking or a form. Then we rank it organically on Google and AI, which is traffic you don't pay for every time. And only then, if it makes sense, do we add paid advertising to accelerate, knowing the traffic lands on a solid foundation.
This isn't a promise of results: it's common sense. A good website doesn't guarantee sales, but a bad one almost always makes them harder. We'd rather tell you before you spend on ads that won't be able to perform.
How we run your social media advertising (and what we do NOT promise)
Advertising on Facebook and Instagram is powerful: it lets you show your business to people who fit your ideal customer and bring traffic almost immediately. Used well, it accelerates. But it's worth understanding what it does and what it doesn't.
What paid advertising does is bring traffic and visibility. What we can't promise is that this traffic turns into sales, leads or guaranteed return, because conversion depends on factors an ad doesn't control: your offer, your prices, the competition, the season and the trust your business conveys. Anyone who guarantees you sales or a specific return with ads isn't being honest.
What we do do is work with method and transparency: you define a budget, you see what it's spent on, we measure what happens with real data and we adjust. If a campaign isn't performing, we tell you and we change it or stop it. We don't inflate expectations so you keep spending. We sell the work of setting up, monitoring and optimizing your campaigns well, not a magic number of customers.
How much does social media advertising cost with Zenith?
Paid advertising has two parts that we always separate with complete clarity. On one hand, the ad spend: the money that goes directly to Meta so your ads are shown. You decide that amount, it reaches the platform (not us) and you see all of it. On the other hand, our work of setting up, managing and optimizing the campaigns. We never dilute the cost of the ads into our invoice, or the other way around.
This fits our model: creating your website is free (0 €) and the real value is in the monthly support, which includes ranking and, if it makes sense, managing your campaigns. The domain, hosting, SSL and maintenance are all included in that support.
We're honest about what matters: we work to improve your visibility and bring more qualified visits, but we don't promise sales, a number of customers, or a guaranteed return from advertising. What we do guarantee is the work, the method and the transparency.
Paid advertising versus organic ranking
Many people hesitate between investing in ads or in organic ranking (SEO). They're not rivals: they're different tools that complement each other, and the ideal is usually to combine them depending on the business's stage.
Paid advertising gives fast traffic but stops bringing visits the moment you stop paying. Organic ranking takes months to mature, but once established it keeps working without paying for each click. That's why we recommend building the organic foundation first and using ads to accelerate when it's worth it, not as your only source of traffic.
| Aspect | Paid advertising (Meta Ads) | Organic ranking (SEO/AI) |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | Almost immediate traffic | Results in months |
| Cost | You pay for each visit | You don't pay for each click |
| When you stop investing | You stop appearing | The foundation keeps working |
| Best for | Accelerating and specific campaigns | Sustainable long-term growth |
| What we promise | The work, never the result | The work, never the position |
