AI web development, supervised by people
At Zenith your website is built with artificial intelligence, but a person directs it. We work agent-driven: we use AI as a tool to build your website faster and better structured, and a human reviews, decides and corrects everything before it goes live. AI is not magic: it speeds up the work, it doesn't replace judgement. Heads up: this is building the website with AI (the how), not 'showing up inside the AI'—that's a different thing, and our ranking on Google and in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) covers it. The build is 0 €; you pay for the support you can see.
What does 'AI web development' mean?
It means that artificial intelligence is our working tool for building your website, just as a carpenter uses a better saw instead of a hand saw. It's not that 'the AI builds the website on its own' while we watch: it's that with AI we do the same work as before faster, with fewer mistakes and better organised, and we spend the time we save on what really matters—making sure your business is understood and looks good.
At Zenith we are an agent-driven agency: our workflow is built on AI agents that generate the code, structure the content, optimise the images and check the website on mobile, tablet and desktop. But every decision—what your website says, how it looks, what we promise and what we don't—is made by a person. The AI proposes; the human decides.
This shouldn't be confused with something else that gets talked about a lot: 'showing up in ChatGPT'. Appearing inside an AI's answer when someone asks for a recommendation is ranking work (what we call GEO), and we explain it separately in what GEO is. Here we're talking about how your website is made, not where it appears afterwards.
Building the website WITH AI vs showing up IN the AI: not the same thing
These are two different things that people constantly mix up. This table makes it clear at a glance:
| AI web development (this page) | Ranking in AI · GEO | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | How we build your website: AI as a workshop tool | ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity naming you when they recommend |
| When it happens | While we build the website, before it goes live | Afterwards, every month, when someone asks an AI |
| What you get | A faster website, better structured and delivered sooner | A better chance of being found when someone asks for a recommendation |
| How it's done | Agent-driven workflow with human review | Monthly SEO + GEO work with a report |
| Where it's covered | Here | In ranking on Google and in AI |
In short: 'with AI' is how it's made; 'in the AI' is where it appears. We do both, but they're not the same thing and we won't sell them to you as if they were.
What do you gain from us working with AI?
The fair question isn't 'do you use AI?', but 'and what does that give me?'. Here's the concrete answer:
- Faster. What takes a traditional agency weeks of templating and layout, we get up and running in much less time because the AI handles the mechanical part. Your website is ready sooner.
- Better structured. AI helps us organise your content in a clean, coherent way—clear headings, well-ordered sections, marked-up data—that both people and search engines understand better.
- Genuinely fast websites. We build on Cloudflare and optimise every image and every line of code. As our own verifiable figure, the pages on our website score 100/100/100/100 on PageSpeed Insights on mobile, with an LCP of 0.4 s (measured in June 2026). That's our performance, not a promise about yours.
- Fewer silly mistakes. Broken links, cut-off text, mobile glitches: AI helps us spot them and fix them all at once before you ever see them.
- Lower costs. Working with agents makes us efficient, and that's why we can afford to do the build for free and charge only the monthly support.
So, does a machine build the website on its own?
No, and this is the important part. AI is brilliant at the repetitive, fast work, but it has no judgement: it doesn't know what makes your business special, it can't tell an honest promise from an exaggerated one, and it doesn't understand your customers the way you do. That's why every website has a person behind it who:
- Decides what your website says and how it sounds, so it speaks like your business and not like a robot.
- Reviews everything the AI generates, corrects it and discards what doesn't fit. The AI proposes drafts; we publish only what's good.
- Properly checks the website on mobile, tablet and desktop, making sure it looks and works well, not just that 'the code passes'.
- Sets the honesty limits. An AI, if you let it, will promise you the moon. We don't: we check that your website doesn't say anything we can't stand behind.
Put another way: AI is the how, people are the judgement. Without the second, the first is just speed with no direction.
What's the process, step by step?
So it doesn't sound like hot air, this is how we work on a website with you:
- You tell us about your business. What you do, who you serve, what sets you apart. No AI does this: we talk it through with you.
- We design with AI. We generate the structure, the base copy and the design with our agents, starting from your brand and your sector.
- We review by hand. A person goes over every section, adjusts the tone, trims what's unnecessary and makes sure everything is true and clear.
- We optimise. We compress images, fine-tune the speed and check the website across all three screen sizes until it's polished.
- We go live and stay with you. Your website goes online on your domain, and we stay on with the monthly support. We don't build it and disappear—that's exactly the problem we describe in 'they built my website and disappeared'.
How much does a website made with AI cost at Zenith?
The build is 0 €: you don't pay for us to build the website. What you pay is a tailored monthly support fee that already includes the domain, the SSL and everything technical—no separate charges—plus the work of ranking on Google and in AI. It's what we call the 'Mirror Report': you pay for the work you can see, not for a promise.
The support has an honest minimum of around three months, because ranking is gradual and there's no point measuring anything in two weeks. Depending on the case, the first months may be paid up front; we tell you clearly before we start, with no small print. The full breakdown is on pricing.
What kind of business is this for?
Working with AI lets us properly build any business website in Spain. These are the most common starting points:
What will we NOT promise you?
Talking about AI is an easy way to sell hot air. That's why we make clear what we'll never say:
- We won't tell you that 'AI will make you earn more'. A well-built website helps; selling depends on your product, your price and your market, not on the tool it was built with.
- We don't guarantee customers or sell 'pay per result'. That would be dishonest.
- We don't pretend AI does magic. It's a tool that speeds up well-done work; human judgement is still in charge.
- We don't guarantee that ChatGPT will cite you for having built the website with AI. That's a different thing (GEO) and it isn't guaranteed either: it's worked on.
What we do promise you is the work: a website that's fast, clear, yours and built with the best tools, reviewed by people. And you can see it.

An agency with AI or an 'AI website builder': which suits you
When you set out to create your website with artificial intelligence, you run into two very different paths that often get confused. One is using an AI website builder yourself (Wix ADI, Hostinger, Durable and the like): you type in a few details, the tool generates a website in minutes and, from then on, you maintain it. The other is what we do at Zenith: an agency that uses AI internally as a workshop tool, but where a person directs, decides and reviews, and then stays with you every month.
We're not going to tell you the automatic builders are bad. For someone with the time, the appetite to learn the editor and a very simple website, they can do the job. The difference is in who carries the work and the judgement: with an AI builder, the result depends on what you know to ask for and the hours you put in; with an agent-driven agency, we carry that weight and you focus on your business.
That difference is the only reason we devote a page to clearing it up: whatever you do, AI 'on its own' gives you speed, but it doesn't know what makes your restaurant, your clinic or your shop special, nor can it tell an honest promise from an exaggerated one. Human judgement is what separates a generic website from one that represents you.
| AI website builder (you on your own) | Agency with AI · Zenith | |
|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | You, inside an editor | Us, with an agent-driven workflow and human review |
| How long it takes you | Your time: learning the tool and maintaining it | Almost none: you tell us about your business and we build it |
| Judgement and copy | Whatever you know to ask the AI for | A person decides what it says and what it doesn't promise |
| After it goes live | You manage it yourself | Monthly support: we look after it every month |
| Cost | Usually a monthly platform fee | Build 0 €; you pay for the support you can see |
'Create a website for free with AI': where the small print is
'Create a website for free with AI' is one of the most repeated searches, and with the automatic builders it almost always hides a surprise worth knowing about before you start. Building the website is usually free, but as soon as you want your own domain (yourbusiness.com instead of a long platform subdomain), to remove their advertising or to have a proper email, the fee shows up. 'Free with AI' tends to be the hook, not the destination.
At Zenith it works the other way around, and that's why it's worth separating out: building the website really is 0 €, and the domain, the SSL and the technical side aren't charged separately or shown as a surprise extra, because they're part of the monthly support (you have the breakdown on pricing). We say this so you can compare like with like: with a 'free' automatic builder, those same pieces are paid for separately; here they aren't. We don't promise you infinite free magic, because it doesn't exist.
Can AI translate my website into several languages?
If your business gets customers from abroad—a hotel, a restaurant in a tourist area, a clinic that treats foreign patients—one of the first questions is whether AI can translate the website into several languages. The short answer: yes, AI speeds translation up a lot, but we don't let it run loose. An unreviewed machine translation sounds off, introduces errors of tone and can damage your business's image.
Our approach is the same as with the rest of the website: AI does the first draft of the translation fast, and then a person reviews it so it sounds natural in each language and says what it needs to say. 'Translating a website' word for word isn't the same as adapting it so a customer from another country understands you and trusts you.
If you're interested in a website in several languages, we work it out when defining your project: which languages you genuinely need and which add nothing. Like everything else, it's part of the support and is decided with you, without selling you languages you're not going to use.
