Do you build websites for my city?

Yes. We are a web development agency that works remotely for all of Spain, and that is an advantage, not a workaround. We do not have an office in a single city you have to visit: the design, the development, the meetings and the ongoing work all happen over the internet, just as well wherever you are. We built the business this way on purpose, so we can give the same service to a neighbourhood restaurant and to a company on the other side of the country.

What matters for your website to work is not whether the person building it lives on your street, but that the website is well built, loads fast and that people find you on Google and in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini). And that works just the same remotely. You are looked after personally by Pedro (the technical side) and Joseph (the strategy), the same two people from start to finish, with no handing you off from a salesperson to an intern.

Which cities do you work in exactly?

All of them. We mean it: our coverage is nationwide. To give you an idea, we work with businesses in the big cities and everywhere in between.

And an honest note: we do not have a separate page for each city, nor are we going to fill the internet with carbon-copy pages that only swap the place name. That is an old SEO tactic that Google penalises today and that, on top of that, adds nothing for the reader. We work with a single clean domain and a custom website for each client. What is it like working with a remote agency?

Simpler than it sounds, and without losing that close touch. Here is the journey from start to finish:

1. You tell us about your business. By phone, video call or message, whatever suits you best. We listen: what you do, who you want to reach and what you need the website to achieve.
2. We design and build your website bespoke. No templates. We build it on the Cloudflare network so it loads fast all over Spain, and we show it to you so you can see it and tell us what to change.
3. We publish it on your domain. We take care of the domain, the SSL and everything technical. Building it costs you nothing: €0.
4. We stay on to work on it every month. This is where the support begins: the ongoing work of getting you found on Google and in AI, with a report where you can see what we have done.

At no point do you need us to visit your premises or for you to come to an office. The whole process is designed to be done remotely, with the same attention as if we were right next to you.

Why does ranking in AI matter, wherever your customer lives?

Because the way people search is changing all over Spain at once. More and more people, in any city, open ChatGPT or another AI and ask directly, "recommend me a good place for this near me". If your business does not show up in that answer, then for that person you do not exist. That is why our development does not end when the website is published: the heart of the work is getting you found.

That figure is the context, not a promise. The honest way to put it is this: more and more people decide who to call by asking an AI, and almost no neighbourhood business has done anything to show up there. Do you build websites with WordPress?

No, and it is worth explaining why, because almost every agency in Spain works on WordPress and a lot of people assume "website" and "WordPress" are the same thing. WordPress is a content manager: it builds the site out of templates and plugins. It works, but it carries extra weight, it has to be updated constantly, plugins break one another and, if it is not kept up to date, its security suffers. For a business that just wants a website that loads fast and brings in customers, that is a lot of machinery for very little.

We program each website bespoke and serve it over the Cloudflare network, as we already explain elsewhere on this page. The difference from WordPress is concrete: without a panel full of plugins to maintain and without updates that one day leave your site down, there are fewer parts that can fail and less surface for attackers to target. And if you are coming from a website built on WordPress that has gone slow or outdated, we rebuild it bespoke for you without you having to wrestle with the migration yourself.

Isn't building a website with AI enough?

It is an increasingly common question, and a fair one: today there are tools that put together a website with AI in a few minutes, many of them free. To get by, they can do the job. But it is worth being honest about what they give you and what they do not, because "having a website" is not the same as "having a website worked on for your business".

A website generated by AI in a couple of clicks usually comes out generic, similar to plenty of others, with filler text and no thought given to how people will find you. It solves the easy part (that something exists) and leaves you the hard part: that it really loads fast, that it is well written for your kind of customer and that its place on Google and in AI is worked on. That does not come out of an automatic generator; it has to be worked on.

We do use modern tools to move fast, we are not hiding it. The difference is that behind them there are two people deciding every detail: the design is thought through for your business, the text is written for your customers and, above all, it is not abandoned the day the website goes live. That is where the monthly support work comes in.

After going live: maintenance, changes and websites in several languages

A reasonable question before starting is what happens to the website once it is online: who maintains it, what if I want to change a photo or a price? At Zenith, maintenance is part of the monthly support fee, not billed separately. If you want to change the menu, update opening hours or add a section, you tell us and we do it: you do not log into any panel or pay extra for each tweak.

That includes the invisible but important things: keeping the security certificate (the HTTPS padlock) always up to date and making sure nothing breaks over time. Since we do not use WordPress or dozens of plugins, there is less that can fail, but even so we keep an eye on it ourselves.

And if your business serves customers who speak other languages (tourist areas, the coast, cities with lots of foreign visitors), we can build your website in several languages, properly translated, not with an automatic translator pasted on top.
